The first cl. 4 therapy laser with all bio frequencies, modular concept
The LightStream | wave laser system consists of
Base station (+ laser module)
Stationary laser device with three wavelengths
Single wavelength mobile laser device or multi-cluster attachment
Fibre optic system
The control unit communicates via bluetooth with the stationary and mobile laser.
Laser therapy with the LightStream is non-invasive, gentle, beneficial and relaxing. During the laser treatment, depending on the setting, an intensive relaxing deep warmth is created, a biologically active flow of light, which has a positive effect on the metabolism of the cells and the blood circulation.
LightStream | wave is the first cl. 4 laser for conventionell and holistic practice!
The communication of the individual components is wireless and is done via Bluetooth. Especially in larger practices this results in cost-effective application possibilities, as only one base station is required. The central control (patient-specific programming and recording) of the individual therapy lasers, mobile and stationary, is carried out by the physician and is performed efficiently by trained personnel.
Stationary laser 530 nm/670 nm/808 nm/915 nm, power: 15 W, cw
Mobile laser e.g. 670 nm or 808 nm, power: up to 2.5 W, cw

Modulation, programs, favorites, treatment plans, skin test, service
The skin test can be used to determine the individual heat threshold in order to provide maximum comfort, especially for sensitive patients.
RJ Service App: Service and updates are carried out using the Service App, directly in your practice. In addition, therapy data can be exchanged with colleagues.
The optical window
Wavelengths in the "optical window" = optimum penetration depth
Therapeutically effective wavelengths
Effective pulse forms
The advantage: biofrequencies and therapeutically effective pulse forms
Of course, the type of transmission, the pulse shape, is also important. The duty cycle of the pulse forms can be changed specifically. The biopulse is to be emphasized, which is quasi a "light massage", the power swells up and down.
In addition, the modulation also controls and optimises the thermal behaviour.
Power in abundance for "generous" laser therapy
Photobiomodulation in acceptable therapy duration. Even large areas of the body can be easily treated by increasing the distance between the handpiece and the skin.
Therapy with the LightStream® is pleasant for the patient and easy to perform. The probe is placed on the surface to be treated or moved gently over it. The relaxing deep warmth is immediately noticeable.
The effects of heat through LightStream laser therapy (especially IR-A)
Metabolic waste products, carbon dioxide etc. are removed more quickly from the connective and muscle tissue. Anti-inflammatory effects as changes in the prostaglandin pattern have been described (Hardy et al., 1951; Moriyama et al., 2005; Pulichino et al., 2006; Rosseland et al., 2007).
Increased or normalised tissue pO2 and substrate supply increases or stabilises the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase. High Na+-K+-ATPase activity leads to reduced nociceptive impulse transmission (Moriyama et al., 2005).
Heat (IR irradiation) modifies the pain threshold (Khanapure et al., 2007). Further data indicate a reduction of oxidative stress.
Reduced lipid levels Peroxidation rate (LPO) and reduced plasma concentrations of toxic aldehydic LPO products such as malondialdehyde (MDA), 4-hydroxy-2,3-trans-nonenal (HNE) and protein carbonyls measured (Gruenberger, 2007) are e.g. produced during sauna therapy.
MDA, HNE proteins and nucleic acids can be modified. Reduction of Na+-K+-ATPase activity, an enzyme related to nociception by aldehydic LPO products, has been described (Siems et al., 1996; 2003).
